The Producer can continue to lease the beat multiple times as the producer retains the rights to the instrumental.
With the exclusive purchase of an instrumental, the buyer gains all rights to that instrumental and it remains with that buyer only. The instrumental will no longer be sold, as the buyer owns the rights to the instrumental.
Yes. You will be able to read all the license details before completing your purchase.
Yes, you will receive a download link to the trackout files, which will contain each individual stem of the beat as high quality 24bit WAV files. You will also receive trackouts when an unlimited lease license is purchased.
Yes, but only if you intend to purchase the exclusive rights to the beat. Simple rearrangement of a beat purchased as a premium or unlimited lease may be considered with an additional fee. Adjustments may include rearrangement of instrumentation, the addition or removal of instrumentation in specific sections, mix levels, removal of FX, and complete rearrangement of the structure of the beat (length of verse sections, chorus placement etc). If you have any specific ideas regarding adjustments to a beat, please contact me first to ensure that I can provide the exact arrangement you are looking for.
Because the instrumentals/musical compositions are considered 'intellectual' property, it is difficult to allow refunds or exchanges, in order to prevent confusion, infringement, and theft of rights. Therefore, requests for refunds are not accepted unless there is a technical issue that cannot be resolved. Please consider these terms before making a purchase.
No. The producer retains the copyright to all instrumentals.
No. All instrumentals are original and sample-free unless explicitly stated.
Any instrumental purchased exclusively will be removed from the website and never sold again.
